• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Security deposit: 1,000,000 VND is required upon check-in for incidental charges. This amount will be fully refunded upon check-out.

CANCELLED CONDITION

• Period from April 01st to October 31st:

• No cancellation or modification fees will be charged if made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
• In case of cancellation, modification within 7 days of the check-in date, or a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Peak period from January 1st to March 31st and November 1st to December 31st:
• * No cancellation or modification fees will be charged if made at least 21 days prior to the check-in date.
• * In case of cancellation, modification within 21 days of the check-in date, or a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

Payment condition

All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid payment at the time of reservation.
